Salary Range : 25K – 30K.
Duties and Responsibilities.
Answering and directing phone calls in a professional
and courteous manner.
Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors.
Scheduling and confirming appointments for real
estate agents.
Maintaining and organizing the reception area.
Managing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and
emails.
Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data
entry and filing.
Typing, photocopying and scanning of documents.
Maintaining a safe and clean reception area.
Performing other relevant work as may be assigned.
Providing information to clients about available
properties and services.
Coordinating with other employees to ensure smooth
office operations.
Qualifications.
Business related degree/diploma.
Minimum 5 years experience in similar capacity, real
estate and added advantage.
Ability to interact with people at all levels.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to multitask.
Sound customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Presentable & phone skills.
