Rattan Direct is looking
for a Human Resource Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing and
driving the human resources function to support the unique demands of our
online retail operations. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and
implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs. You will be instrumental in
attracting and retaining top talent, fostering a positive work environment,
ensuring compliance with employment laws, and nurturing the growth and
development of our employees.
Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Planning:
Develop
and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the
objectives and challenges of the e-commerce industry.
Collaborate
with senior management to identify and address HR priorities and initiatives
that drive business success.
Lead
the implementation of HR initiatives focused on employee engagement, talent
management, and building a strong organizational culture.
Recruitment and Selection:
Manage
the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, targeting individuals with
relevant expertise.
Work
closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and develop
effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize
specific job boards, digital platforms, and networking to attract highly
qualified candidates.
Work
with hiring managers to facilitate interviews, assess candidates’ proficiency
in e-commerce practices, and make informed hiring decisions.
Stay
updated on the latest trends and developments to attract top talent in this
competitive market.
Leadership and Employee
Relations:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven minimum 3 years’
experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
Exceptional
communicator both verbally and in writing. Have excellent presentation skills,
ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner and be
skilled at influencing and negotiating with diverse stakeholders.
In-depth
knowledge of HR principles, practices, and e-commerce industry trends.
Familiarity
with employment laws and regulations
Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong
problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced, digital
environment
