Rural Electrification Authority (REA) - Consultancy for Implementation of Marketing Strategy

Rural Electrification Authority (REA) hereby invites EOI from eligible consulting agencies to implement the organization's communications and marketing strategy that will comprehensively position the Authority as a Brand within the sector.

Scope of work

The consulting agency shall undertake the following but not limited to:
  • Develop creative communication material for Above the Line and Below the Line activities
  • Propose and select the appropriate media mix and implementation schedule
  • Develop implementation and execution budgets
  • Liaise with all third party suppliers such as media houses, production houses, printers, journalists, road show companies and all stakeholders for



    successful rollout
  • Produce creative and all support materials required for the campaign
  • Events mobilization and organization
  • Monitoring and evaluation checks to ensure successful implementation
Expertise required

Interested firms must provide information
  • Company profile including copies of registration certificate, PIN and VAT
  • Company experience in undertaking similar assignments
  • Description of similar work undertaken in the last 3 years including contacts of references
  • Detailed CVs of the key personnel in the team proposed to undertake the assignment Firms must have at least three years experience in this field.

Should either be sent or be deposited in the Tender Box at the Rural Electrification Authority offices so as to be received on or before 12.00 noon on 31st March 2010.

EOI will be opened immediately thereafter and consultants or their representatives are free to attend. Request for proposal documents will thereafter be sent to the successful firms.
