We are a medium sized security company located in Nairobi and looking for qualified personnel to fill in the vacant position of credit controllers.
Qualification Requirements
- A Diploma in Credit or Cooperative Management
- At least 5 years work experience in Credit and/or Risk Management in a busy commercial environment;
- Computer proficiency and ability to operate integrated accounting software
- High resilience and have impeccable character with good communication skills;
- Excellent report writing skills;
- Have a positive approach to ensuring complete customer satisfaction;
- Highly innovative, with excellent analytical skills and ability to meet stringent deadlines.
Reporting to the Head-Finance and Accounts
- Timely Billing and reconciliation of Customer Accounts
- Collection of credit and allocation of payments to clients.
- Summarizing Debtors reconciliation.
- Filing of all remittances & correspondences per company
- Ensuring that payments are received in accordance with the company’s current term of business and other relevant procedures.
- Developing, implementing and maintaining an effective and professional credit control policy and procedures and Implementing enhancements where required.
- Control and manage the risks related to non-payment, late payment.
- To provide reports on the status of debtors to the management.
