Intern to provide support to the Carbon Finance department. If you are looking

What You’ll Gain

Duties
and Responsibilities
Save,
organize, and file financial documents and records on SharePoint for internal
and external reporting.
Track
payments and liaise with other departments on outstanding amounts.
Identify
and address discrepancies related to purchase invoices and receipts.
Support
administrative tasks, e.g. approving Purchase Requisition Forms (PRFs).
Support
the finance team during financial and tax audits by preparing and organizing
supporting documents.
Perform
any other tasks as requested by the line manager and/or senior
management.
Skills and Experience
Currently
pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a
related field, with a minimum qualification of CPA Section 4
Proficiency
in MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Organized,
detail-oriented, and comfortable handling files and records.
Results-oriented
and able to prioritize effectively and multitask to deliver results in a
fast-paced work environment.
Good
communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Able to
work independently and follow instructions accurately and consistently.
