Job Title: County Coordinators
Responsible
for coordinating programme activities at county level, mobilising communities
and stakeholders, supporting implementation of project interventions,
organising trainings and awareness activities, monitoring progress, collecting
information, preparing reports, and maintaining strong relationships with
government and community partners. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree in
Social Sciences, Education, Development Studies, Gender, Public Health, Project
Management, or a related field, with experience in community or development
programmes. The position is based in Nairobi.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree in development studies, Project Management, Community Development
Studies, or related Social Science Discipline.
Valid
Certificate of Good Conduct (issued within the last 6 months).
A minimum
of 3 years of working experience preferably in an NGO setting.
Good
experience and knowledge of Child & Youth Safeguarding guidelines
Proven
ability to conceptualize, innovate and manage programs.
Proven
ability to cultivate long-term mutually beneficial partnerships with local
communities, key state departments, CSOs, and corporate organizations.
Ability
to work under pressure, make decisions, and multi-task.
Enthusiastic
and connects well with people of all backgrounds, and able to inspire and
motivate
Experience
with Budget and Financial Reporting
Excellent
communication, facilitation, presentation, and representation skills.
Excellent
computer skills, including proficiency in working with various databases as
well as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good
organizational, analytical, and programmatic reporting skills.
Strong
organizational, planning, prioritization, and execution skills and the ability
to take accountability for results and achievement of objectives.
Enthusiastic,
decisive, pragmatic, and dynamic hands-on individual with a sense ofurgency,
attention to detail, thoroughness.
