Health Administrative Officer Job in Kenya - Nyeri CPSB

Health Administrative Officer coordinating health facility operations, managing administrative services, and supporting facility planning, requiring a Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or Social Sciences degree/diploma and 1+ years experience.

Duties and Requirements

Duties will include undertaking various administrative duties, namely:

  • Procurement, provision and maintenance of health facilities;
  • Overseeing welfare of staff and patients and ensuring their security;
  • Compiling quarterly and annual work plan and budgets;

  • Preparing facility improvement funds reports.
  • Undertaking transport and logistics management.
  • Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
A candidate must have:

  • Be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
  • KCPE and KCSE Certificate (Attach evidence)
  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines: Health Systems Management, Health Services Management, Health Economics, Hospital Administration from a recognized institution.
  • At least one (1 )year experience (Attach evidence).
