Health Administrative Officer coordinating health facility operations, managing administrative services, and supporting facility planning, requiring a Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or Social Sciences degree/diploma and 1+ years experience.
Duties and Requirements
Duties will include
undertaking various administrative duties, namely:
- Procurement,
provision and maintenance of health facilities;
- Overseeing
welfare of staff and patients and ensuring their security;
- Compiling
quarterly and annual work plan and budgets;
- Preparing
facility improvement funds reports.
- Undertaking
transport and logistics management.
- Performing
any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
A
candidate must have:
- Be a
Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
- KCPE
and KCSE Certificate (Attach evidence)
- Bachelor’s
degree in any of the following disciplines: Health Systems Management,
Health Services Management, Health Economics, Hospital Administration from
a recognized institution.
- At
least one (1 )year experience (Attach evidence).
