Responsible for processing pharmacy payments, receiving cash and electronic payments, issuing receipts, maintaining transaction records, and assisting customers with payment-related queries. Requires a relevant qualification in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

incumbent will efficiently and effectively handle cash and credit payments,
issue receipts, ensure invoices are duly signed, account for all payments in
the respective shift and perform clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
- Collect
payments and issue receipts/invoices to internal and external clients
- Verify
every receipt/invoice issued against a valid prescription
- Collect
and keep change available at all times to carry out cash transactions
- Store
cash, cheques and vouchers securely as per the department guidelines
- Carry
out banking of collections in a timely manner
- File
and store prescriptions sequentially and securely
- File
and update all finance related documents to maintain accurate records
- Activate
accounts for corporate patients and ensure there is a duly signed claim
form where applicable
Requirements:
- KATC
II or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- At
least 2 years’ experience in a busy cash office
- Must
be proficient in use of computers
- Must
be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
