Responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing accounts and reports, processing payments, reconciling accounts, supporting budgeting, monitoring expenditure, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. The position is based in Iten and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For
appointment to this grade, an applicant MUST have: –
- A
Bachelor’s Degree in either Commerce (Accounting/Finance option) and
passed part II of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA) Examination
OR
- Passed
Part III of the Certified Public Accountants (K) Examination or its
approved equivalent qualification
- Proficient
in computer applications
- Membership
to the Institute of Certified public Accountants (ICPAK)
