Job Purpose:
To support the Bank’s procurement function through efficient sourcing, procurement, contract administration, vendor management, facilities procurement, lease administration, logistics coordination and outsourced services management while ensuring value for money and compliance.
Key
Responsibilities:
- RFQs/RFPs, sourcing, quote
analysis, negotiations, approvals and delivery coordination.
- Supplier onboarding,
prequalification, performance monitoring and SLA management.
- Contract database management,
renewals and lease tracking.
- Security, cleaning, courier and
water service coordination.
- Asset disposal, relocations and
transport coordination.
- Insurance records and claims
support.
- Spend reports, audits and
compliance monitoring.
- Recommend supplier selection,
contract renewalsand vendor onboarding.
- Perform sourcing, evaluations,
reconciliations and supplier monitoring.
- Support budgeting, benchmarking
and procurement governance.
Academic Qualifications & Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement,
Supply Chain, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related field.
- Professional certifications such
as CPSP(K), CIPS or KISM is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in a
similar role.
