Qualifications
- Bachelor’s & Master’s Degree (MBA/Finance/Strategic Management
or related)
- 10+ years in Financial Services / Banking / Microfinance / SACCOs
- 5+ years in Senior Management
- Proven expertise in business growth, credit, collections, and
operational leadership
