Fertility Point is hiring a Financial Controller skilled in financial reporting, budget management, and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related
field
- CPA (K) / ACCA / CIMA (K) – Mandatory
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in a
managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory
requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations, planning, and reporting
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and management reports
- Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
in Kenya
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Support strategic decision-making and business growth
