Requirements

- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or
a related field, with exposure to CFS operations advantageous.

- Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking abilities in a
fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics operations and import/export processes.
- Familiarity with customer care principles and practices, ensuring
timely and effective responses to inquiries.
