Brookshine Schools is hiring an Admin Assistant to support daily administrative operations and provide support to ensure the smooth running of school activities. The role is based in Nairobi and experience in an administrative role within a busy school environment is required.

Kang’undo road. We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, organized, and
customer-focused Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the school
management.
- Manage front office operations and offer exceptional customer
service to parents, learners, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records.
- Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and other official
correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events.
- Support admissions, communication, and general office
administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school management.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human
Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in an administrative
role within a busy school environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention
to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office
management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of
professionalism and integrity. Ability to work effectively under pressure
and meet deadlines.
