Administrator Job in Kenya - Fadhili Machinery

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Create and manage marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications
  • Manage and update company social media platforms and website
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events, exhibitions, and client activations
  • Identify and track relevant tender opportunities

  • Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents in a timely manner
  • Maintain tender documentation, records, and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather technical and financial inputs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related
  • field
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing, administration, or
  • tender management
  • Experience in engineering, logistics, or equipment-related industries is an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
