Roles and responsibilities
- Study Logistics & Coordination
- Support scheduling and coordination of research activities across
schools or field sites.
- Prepare materials, equipment, and supplies for data
collection.
- Assist with recruitment, tracking, and follow-up of study
participants.
- Data Collection Support
- Conduct surveys, assessments, or interviews under supervision of
senior staff.
- Ensure proper consent procedures and ethical conduct.
- Follow study protocols precisely to ensure data
integrity.
- Documentation & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized records of participant lists, consent forms,
daily logs, and field notes.
- Support preparation of IRB documents, pre-registration materials,
and study manuals.
- Update trackers, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
systems.
- Field Quality Assurance
- Conduct routine checks to ensure correct administration of
instruments.
- Flag data anomalies, logistical issues, or participant concerns
promptly.
- Support piloting and refinement of data collection
tools.
- Data Management
- Support data uploads, cleaning, and organization under
supervision.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure data storage practices.
- Prepare basic summaries or field reports when required.
- Cross-Team Support
- Work with service delivery teams, school partners, or clinical staff
to coordinate research activities.
- Support communication between field teams and research
leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, public health, social sciences,

- Experience with fieldwork, data collection, or participant
coordination
- Familiarity with digital data platforms is an advantage
