Role Overview:

THENGOIFKF is seeking a highly organized Administrative Officer to support the smooth functioning of our programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, be detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong communication skills are an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations and office systems remotely
  • Organize schedules, meetings, and communications across teams and stakeholders

  • Support project documentation, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and online campaigns
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain digital filing systems, databases, and operational records
  • Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth workflow and program delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative or office management roles
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to work independently, remotely, and collaboratively with a diverse team
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Kenya-based and available to resume immediately
