Youth Peer Provider Job in Kenya - CFK Africa

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one or group peer support to Adolescent and Youth on health issues.
  • Actively engage with the Adolescent and Youth both within and outside the health Centre.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with Youths and encourage them to access services.
  • Act as a liaison between Youths and healthcare professionals.
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of educational programs on various health topics relevant to youth.
  • Mobilize and sensitize Youths on ASRH, NCDs and HIV/AIDS information and service
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of interactions with clients.
  • Provide regular reports to the healthcare team on trends, challenges, and successes within the youth community.
  • Identification and referral of clients to the facility.
  • Follow up patients or clients treated at our facility

Academic Qualifications and Experience:


  • High school certificate
  • Prior experience in a peer support role, community outreach, or related positions is preferred. Interest and passion in health/ youth related matters. Age- 18-22.
  • Committed to community development (A self-driven and focused young person and ready to learn and give back to the community).
