This position sits at the center of operations, supporting six critical departments Coconut Sourcing, Logistics, Research & Development (R&D), Quality Control, Production, and Certifications ensuring alignment, efficiency, and measurable performance improvement across the organization.
Working directly under the guidance of
the COO, the successful candidate will take ownership of cross-functional
projects, monitor performance initiatives, evaluate workforce deployment, and
identify operational gaps that impact productivity, cost, and quality.
Key areas of impact include:
- Improving factory productivity and workforce
optimization
- Researching and proposing equipment enhancements
- Conducting field visits to identify sourcing and
logistics challenges
- Supporting performance tracking of major
operational initiatives
- Reviewing internal documentation and
customer-facing materials
- Ensuring technology tools are fully utilized for
operational effectiveness
We are
looking for candidates who:
- Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience with
demonstrated project ownership
- Possess advanced Excel proficiency and strong
data analysis skills
- Are highly organized and deadline-driven
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly
and professionally
- Can balance strategic thinking with hands-on
execution
