We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Dispatch Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day dispatching of orders to riders including order follow ups.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure all orders are dispatched in a timely
manner.
- Follow up on order journeys to ensure timely
delivery of orders.
- Ensure we have enough rider capacity to handle
all orders and escalate any capacity issues that may arise.
- Handle all order issues raised by riders and
offer solutions in a timely manner.
- Act as the first point of contact for the
company’s Logistics clients and responsible for handling all order issues
raised by the clients.
- Coordinate with other departments i.e. Call
center, fleet etc. to ensure the delivery process is seamless.
- Capture data in a timely manner on any causes of
order delays.
- Any other role as assigned by the Dispatch
manager.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or other related field.
- Computer Literate
- At least 3 years of experience in a logistics or
delivery role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a
team.
