Role Overview
We are
seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the
primary point of contact for our customers, providing essential support related
to hardware product orders, logistics, and inquiries. You will be responsible
for ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement to delivery,
including waybill generation and full-process tracking. This is an excellent

Key Responsibilities
- Order and Logistics Management: Accurately
process customer orders, generate waybills, and coordinate with logistics
partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of the products.
- Shipment Tracking: Monitor and track shipments
throughout their entire journey, providing customers with regular updates
on the status of their orders.
- Customer Communication: Respond to customer
inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding product information, order
status, shipping details, and general support in a professional and timely
manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve
customer complaints or issues related to orders, deliveries, or product
discrepancies, escalating complex problems to relevant departments when
necessary.
- Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain
accurate and up-to-date customer records, order details, and interaction
logs within our CRM or internal systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely
with sales, warehouse, and technical support teams to ensure seamless
information flow and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer
experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s Degree or higher
- Experience: No prior experience required; we
welcome enthusiastic fresh graduates and individuals looking for an

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and
