Terms of Contract Fixed -Term
Job Purpose This role exists to support
the development and production of corporate brand communication, manage the
corporate brand & relevant communication channels facilitating internal
brand & strategy buy-in as well as accurate positioning of the corporate
brand with key external stakeholders
Main Responsibilities of the Job
- Define & implement an effective internal
communications calendar supported by effective communications channels to
support employee engagement throughout the year.
- Define & implement the business SEO
strategy. Manage the service provider as well ensuring 100% adherence to
SEO strategy
- Support the successful rollout of new products
and key strategic messaging to staff & key stakeholders
- Daily management of the business’ social media
platforms
- Ensure internal & external communication
messages are accurate, timely & consistent with the brand’s
positioning
- Support the creation of marketing communications
assets to be used internally and externally
- Content generation to support the corporate
brand both internally and externally
- Assist in the rollout of corporate brand related
animations driving staff & key stakeholders buy-in.
- Define & track communications KPIs
- Support the implementation of the brand’s CSR
strategy
- Support the implementation of the brand’s
companywide business strategy
- Collation of town hall meetings & agenda

Minimum Experience Required
- 1 year experience in a similar role in a
commercial environment
- Previous role in communication / marketing
Minimum Level of Academic and Professional Requirements
- BA/diploma in journalism, communications, public
relations or a related field marketing.
- Professional qualification from the Chartered
Institute of Public Relations or the Chartered Institute of Marketing
- Qualification in digital marketing & SEO
