JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
individual to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of
accounting practices and excellent organizational skills.
KEY
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in daily accounting operations including
accounts payable/ receivable, bank reconciliations and petty cash
management.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure
financial accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of
accurate financial records.
- Assist with basic tax compliance and statutory
deductions as required.
- Prepare routine accounting reports and summaries
for management.
- Monitor daily and weekly cash flow positions.
- Support bookkeeping and recording of expenses
for financial reporting.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by
management.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in Accounting and
Financial Management.
- Bachelor of Commerce Degree; Accounting or
Finance Option.
- CPA Part 1 and 2 or ACCA.
- High attention to detail and good numerical
skills.
- Proficiency in excel and basic accounting
systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational and
problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
skills necessary for conveying financial information to the management.
