Sanivation is growing - more projects, more partners, more impact. To support this growth, we’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on Finance Officer to strengthen our core financial operations and keep the engine running smoothly.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing accounts payable & receivable,
invoicing, and collections
- Maintaining accurate general ledger records,
reconciliations, and audit trails
- Cash & bank management, including
reconciliations and forex transactions
- Budget monitoring and budget vs actuals analysis
- Ensuring full tax & statutory compliance
(PAYE, VAT, WHT, NSSF, NHIF, etc.)
- Payroll journal preparation and payroll account
reconciliations
- Supporting audits, insurance management, and
financial controls
- Working closely with internal teams and external
stakeholders (banks, vendors, regulators)
