Dispatch / Store Assistant Job in Kenya

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Monitoring inventory replenishment to prevent overstock and understock situations
  • Updating and maintaining accurate inventory records for multiple store locations in Excel
  • Tracking stock movement between factory and stores
  • Preparing packing lists and coordinating dispatch for wholesale, government, and event orders
  • Managing delivery documentation, invoices, and signed delivery notes
  • Maintaining organized filing and stock records

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Detail-oriented with excellent record-keeping abilities
  • Able to coordinate effectively with multiple teams (Sales, Production, Store Managers)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
