Customer Care Executive Job in Kenya - MIC

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Receive and assist patients professionally.
  • Register patients and manage imaging appointments.
  • Explain procedures, preparation, and report timelines.
  • Handle inquiries, billing, payments, and SHA/insurance processes.
  • Coordinate with imaging staff and doctors.
  • Maintain accurate records and patient confidentiality.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS


  • Diploma in a business related course.
  • A minimum of two years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within a busy hospital or healthcare front office/reception.
  • Familiarity with Medical terminology: Knowledge of basic medical terms and procedures is often preferred.
  • Experience with Healthcare Software: Basic proficiency in handling hospital management systems or electronic health record systems (e.g HMIS, Medisoft, or Health Information Systems).
