Duties
- Collecting, maintaining, and managing
statistical and administrative records.
- Handling accounts and personnel-related
transactions.
- Receiving, sorting, filing, and dispatching
correspondence and applications.
- Maintaining an efficient filing and records
management system, including digitization.
- Preparing documents, including initial store
issuance documents and Pay Change Advices (PCAs).
- Compiling, collating, and assisting in the
analysis of data.
- Maintaining stores, equipment inventory, and
general office supplies.
- Monitoring office cleanliness and coordinating
general office services.
- Printing, binding, and preparing documents and
materials as required.
Required Qualifications and Competencies
For
appointment to this grade, one MUST have:
Must Have
- Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE)
Mean Grade C- (Minus) or its equivalent qualification;
- Passed the Proficiency Examination for Clerical
Officers;
- Proficiency in ICT
