Digital Marketing Assistant Job in Kenya - Software Dynamics

We are looking for a proactive and eager-to-learn Junior Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Associate to support our online presence, paid campaigns, and marketing automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Support & Website Optimization
  • Assist in keyword research for Dynamics 365, Azure, and cloud-solution topics.
  • Update on-page SEO elements: titles, meta descriptions, internal links, alt tags, and redirects.
  • Write and Upload blog content, format articles, and optimize posts for search visibility.
  • Monitor website performance and help identify areas for improvement.
  • PPC & Digital Campaign Support
  • Support Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns managed by senior team members.
  • Monitor ad performance, update keywords, and assist in preparing reports.
  • Help create landing pages and campaign assets aligned to target industries.
  • Ensure proper tracking (UTMs, forms, conversions) is in place for campaign traffic.

  • Website & Content Management
  • Update pages on the corporate website and maintain content accuracy.
  • Assist in producing and posting new marketing content and resources.
  • Ensure CTAs, forms, and landing pages are functional and optimized for lead capture.
  • D365 Marketing & Lead Tracking Assistance
  • Support the setup of marketing forms, customer journeys, lead scoring, and segments.
  • Ensure leads flow correctly into Dynamics 365 Marketing and are properly tagged.
  • Help maintain data hygiene and assist with basic reporting or dashboards.
  • Content Marketing Writer / Strategist
  • This role creates authoritative content to position Software Dynamics as a thought leader in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or content management (agency, internship, or in-house).
  • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms (bonus if certified).
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Good understanding of SEO fundamentals.
  • Experience in Social Media Management. (Especially Linkedin, Youtube, X )
  • Basic experience with marketing automation tools; exposure to Dynamics 365
  • Marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Strong analytical mindset and willingness to work with data and dashboards.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow structured workflows.
  • Curious, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into a more advanced digital marketing role.
