Overview:
The Enumerators will support IRES research and evaluation activities
through high-quality data collection in the field, ensuring ethical engagement
and accurate recording of information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training and pre-testing of
     research tools.
 - Conduct household surveys, KIIs, and FGDs using
     digital tools.
 - Ensure informed consent and confidentiality.
 - Report daily progress and challenges to the
     field supervisor.
 - Support community mobilization and stakeholder
     engagement as required.
 
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences,
     Community Development, or Public Health.
 - At least 2 years of experience in field data
     collection for development projects.
 - Fluency in English and Kiswahili; local language
     skills an advantage.
 - Competence in using mobile data collection
     devices and applications.
