What You’ll Be Doing:
- Chat with clients in French & English
     to assist with orders, product questions, and general support
 - Deliver outstanding customer service with
     a friendly and professional attitude
 - Stay up-to-date on products, policies,
     and industry trends
 - Collaborate with trainers and team leads
     to meet performance goals
 - Keep accurate records of client
     interactions
 - Work flexible hours, including evenings
     and weekends
 
What You’ll Need:
- At least 6 months of customer service
     experience
 - French proficiency level B2-C1*
 - Excellent writing and communication
     skills
 - A positive, solution-focused mindset
 - Ability to multitask and learn quickly
 - Team spirit and a growth mindset
