What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chat with clients in French & English to assist with orders, product questions, and general support
  • Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Stay up-to-date on products, policies, and industry trends
  • Collaborate with trainers and team leads to meet performance goals
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What You’ll Need:


  • At least 6 months of customer service experience
  • French proficiency level B2-C1*
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
