Role Overview:
NGOIFKF is seeking a highly organized Administrative
Officer to support the smooth functioning of our
programs and operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of
experience in administrative roles, be detail-oriented, and able to work
independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Strong communication skills
are an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations and
office systems remotely
- Organise schedules, meetings, and communications
across teams and stakeholders
- Support project documentation, reporting, and
record-keeping
- Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and
online campaigns
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and
correspondence
- Maintain digital filing systems, databases, and
operational records
- Provide general support to the team to ensure
smooth workflow and program delivery
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in administrative
or office management roles
- Excellent organisational, time-management, and
multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google
Workspace tools
- Ability to work independently, remotely, and
collaboratively with a diverse team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Kenya-based and available to resume immediately
