how money works. We are seeking a dynamic and highly versatile Executive
Assistant - Agency Operations & Marketing
to be the operational and marketing assistant of our agency. In this role, you
will be a trusted partner to our leadership, providing support, managing the
agent licensing pipeline, engaging with clients, and contributing to our

Key Responsibilities
Agent
Onboarding & Support
- Lead new agents through the entire licensing
process, providing tutoring, tracking progress, and ensuring all
requirements are met for exam success.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the
team, answering questions and providing ongoing operational support.
Client & Policy Administration
- Act as a liaison with insurance companies,
proactively following up to ensure policies are completed accurately and
on time.
- Ensure data integrity across all administrative
platforms, maintaining meticulous and up-to-date client records.
Marketing
& Client Engagement
- Develop and manage the company’s social media
presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Assist in creating simple marketing content
(graphics, posts, etc.) for various platforms.
- Meet with clients to conduct onboarding
questionnaires and ensure a smooth client experience.
General
Operations & Executive Assistance
- Provide executive assistant support to agency
leadership, including calendar management and other organizational tasks
as needed.
- Manage the team’s email inbox, responding to
inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Proactively identify and solve administrative
bottlenecks to improve agency efficiency.
