We are seeking a dynamic and highly versatile Executive Assistant - Agency Operations & Marketing to be the operational and marketing assistant of our agency. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to our leadership, providing support, managing the agent licensing pipeline, engaging with clients, and contributing to our digital presence. Key Responsibilities

Agent Onboarding & Support

  • Lead new agents through the entire licensing process, providing tutoring, tracking progress, and ensuring all requirements are met for exam success.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the team, answering questions and providing ongoing operational support.

Client & Policy Administration


  • Act as a liaison with insurance companies, proactively following up to ensure policies are completed accurately and on time.
  • Ensure data integrity across all administrative platforms, maintaining meticulous and up-to-date client records.

Marketing & Client Engagement

  • Develop and manage the company’s social media presence to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Assist in creating simple marketing content (graphics, posts, etc.) for various platforms.
  • Meet with clients to conduct onboarding questionnaires and ensure a smooth client experience.

General Operations & Executive Assistance

  • Provide executive assistant support to agency leadership, including calendar management and other organizational tasks as needed.
  • Manage the team’s email inbox, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Proactively identify and solve administrative bottlenecks to improve agency efficiency.
