Key Responsibilities
- Manage tasks through the company’s working/task
platform, ensuring timely reservations and follow-ups.
- Handle all bookings for both domestic and
international flights and trains
- Enter and update all booking information on the
company system.
- Follow up on booking vouchers and auto-release
timelines.
- Ensure clients’ special requests, especially for
accommodation and room specifications, are accurate and fulfilled.
- Make provisional bookings for guests across
various services
- Brief tour leaders before safari departures.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as
assigned to meet company objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- A Diploma or Degree in Tour Administration, Tour
Consulting, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, or Hospitality.
- At least 2 years of experience in the travel
industry, particularly in reservations and/ or hotel bookings
/reservations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent
organizational skills.
- Great communication skills, both oral and
written.
- Proficient in reservation systems and software
