As we continue to grow, we are seeking Detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerks with a strong background in finance and experience working with QuickBooks.
Responsibilities
- Enter and verify financial and operational data
into Acumatica ERP.
- Assist in migrating data from QuickBooks to
Acumatica.
- Conduct data validation and reconciliation to
ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Finance and IT teams to
resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and data integrity at
all times.
Requirements
- Minimum Education: Degree in Business Management
Finance or Accounts Option.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks (essential).
- Background in finance, accounting, or
bookkeeping.
- Exposure to ERP systems (Acumatica experience is
an added advantage).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in
data entry.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage
multiple tasks.
