Learning & Development Specialist Job in Kenya - Prime Bank

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of impactful learning programs (classroom, digital, blended).
  • Identify and close skills gaps through analysis, feedback, and performance data.
  • Develop talent maps, succession plans, and leadership pipelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver high-impact training.
  • Promote a learning culture that supports performance, career growth, and customer excellence.

Requirements


  • A degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or a related field (professional certifications like CIPD or ATD are a bonus).
  • 5+ years of L&D experience – ideally in a bank or fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
  • Passion for capacity building, talent development, and result-driven learning.
  • A love for turning insights into action and helping people thrive at work.
