Responsibilities
- Lead the design
and delivery of impactful learning programs (classroom, digital, blended).
- Identify and
close skills gaps through analysis, feedback, and performance data.
- Develop talent
maps, succession plans, and leadership pipelines.
- Collaborate
with internal and external partners to deliver high-impact training.
- Promote a
learning culture that supports performance, career growth, and customer
excellence.
Requirements
- A degree in HR,
Education, Psychology, or a related field (professional certifications
like CIPD or ATD are a bonus).
- 5+ years of
L&D experience – ideally in a bank or fast-paced corporate
environment.
- Strong
instructional design, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Passion for
capacity building, talent development, and result-driven learning.
- A love for
turning insights into action and helping people thrive at work.
