Head of Product, Airtel Money
Key
Responsibilities:
- Lead
end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation to launch and
post-launch support.
- Identify
customer pain points and opportunities through market research, data
analytics, and user feedback.
- Prepare
business cases, product requirements, user stories, and wireframes
- Collaborate
with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to develop
go-to-market plans and customer adoption strategies.
- Ensure
strong product positioning, pricing, and communication aligned with
customer segments.
- Act
as the voice of the customer and a central point of contact across
cross-functional teams: technology, operations, legal, finance, and
customer experience.
- Work
closely with technology teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of
product features
- Track
and analyze product performance across key metrics (revenue, active users,
churn, etc.
- Continuously
optimize product features to drive usage, retention, and profitability.
- Monitor
competitive landscape and adapt product strategies accordingly.
- Enforce
culture of regulatory and policy compliance
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 5-7
years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in mobile
money, fintech, or digital financial services.
- Demonstrated
success in launching and managing financial or digital products at scale.
- Experience
working in agile product development environments.
