Digital Sales Traffic Manager Job in Kenya - Mediamax

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Digital Sales Traffic Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of digital advertising campaigns. This role ensures that all sold inventory is launched on time, delivered efficiently, and reported with precision across platforms. You will be the central link between sales, creative, ad operations, and clients—playing a critical role in campaign success, performance optimization, and client satisfaction.

Their key responsibilities include:


  • Receive campaign briefs from the sales team and input into ad systems.
  • Schedule, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns (web, app, video, social, native).
  • Liaise with clients/agencies to receive creative assets in correct specs.
  • Monitor campaign pacing, troubleshoot delivery issues, and adjust where necessary.
  • Ensure booked campaigns deliver in full and meet performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with sales, editorial, and tech teams to ensure ad placements don’t conflict with user experience.
  • Produce campaign performance reports and analytics post-campaign.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital ad operations or traffic management.
  • Experience with CRM.
  • Experience with Display Ads, Google Ad Manager, Social Media Ads.
  • Experience with all digital platforms and the various content formats and monetization options.
