Digital Direct Sales Executive Job in Kenya - Mediamax

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Direct Sales Executive to accelerate revenue growth by proactively selling digital advertising solutions to a diverse range of clients. This role requires a strong sales acumen, the ability to cultivate lasting client relationships, and a deep understanding of digital marketing needs. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, crafting tailored advertising solutions, and delivering measurable results across digital platforms.

Their key responsibilities include:

  • Identify and prospect new business leads for digital advertising.
  • Pitch digital advertising solutions (e.g., website banners, native ads, branded content, YouTube, podcasts).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
  • Ensure campaign briefs are clear, accurate, and passed to traffic/operations.
  • Work with the creative/content team to develop relevant client solutions.
  • Maintain records of all client interactions and sales using CRM tools.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in media, digital, or agency environments.
  • Experience in direct B2B sales.
  • Familiarity with digital metrics (CTR, impressions, CPM, conversions)
