Salary Range: Kes.45,000- Kes.60,000 gross
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in a hospitality-related course
- Experience with Restaurant ERP Systems (POS/GAAP).
- A good understanding of administration work.
- Food production-related course qualification will be a plus.
- Computer literate (Ms. Word/Excel)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate entire restaurant (BOH & FOH) for customer
satisfaction.
- Drive sales & profitability by upholding controls and
procedures.
- Enforce product quality through spot checks and supervision.
- Responsible for occupational Health & Safety Act, fire
regulations and other legal requirements.
- Assist in staff training for operating standards &
positive work environment.
- Constantly monitor service speed and guest satisfaction during
service times.
