Job Summary
The Office Secretary will provide administrative
support to ensure efficient operation of the office..
Roles And Responsibilities
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Answering and directing phone calls
Act as the point of contact for internal and external
clients.
Greet and assist visitors to the office
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters,
and forms to different sections within the company
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Maintaining and ordering office supplies
Qualifications And Experience
Minimum of KCSE Certificate
Proven administrative or assistant experience.
Knowledge of office management systems and
procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to
multi-task and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficiency in MS Office
