Tasks:
- The intern will work within ROA’s Chemicals and Waste
Management Subprogram to contribute to the Regional Office on the
following tasks:
- Support drafting of project reports, summaries, meeting notes,
and action plans.
- Support the project team in monitoring progress against the
project plan whilst evaluating outcomes.
- Support research on best practices and policies related to
plastic circularity, focusing on Zimbabwe.
- Assist in the organization of internal and external meetings
and outreach events including developing necessary background materials
and writing reports for the same.
- Assist in identifying key performance indicators whilst
contributing to drafting progress and evaluation reports.
- Support the day-to-day management and regular quality control
of the project
- Provide administrative, project management, and information
management support to the subprogramme.
- To carry out any other additional duties and responsibilities
as may be assigned by the Supervisor.
Qualifications/special skills
- Applicant must be a registered student – currently pursuing
either; – Undergraduate Degree in Environmental Sciences – International
Relations, Law – Project Management – Public Relations – Political Science
