These position reports to the Lodge Manager and the successful candidate will provide services for Ranch House Bistro
The ideal candidates must have the following minimum

- College Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts preferred
- Minimum of four (4) years relevant experience in a similar
culinary management position, preferably in a similar operations style and
luxury property
- Strong working knowledge of computers, MS Office,
- Good reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English
language
- Passionate, energetic, and self-motivated individual who can
deliver exceptional performance.
- Excellent culinary and organizational skills.
- A team player with communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to presenting
high-quality dishes.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and working
well with a diverse team
