Entry Requirements :
Certificate in public relations and customer care,
hospitality management customer service from a recognized institution
Proficiency in Computer applications
Fulfils the requirements of chapter 6 of the
constitution

Fluency in English language
Interpersonal skills
An officer at this level shall report to a
senior officer
Duties and responsibilities
Record and confirm appointments.
Record visitor’s personal details.
Sort officials and invited guests name tags.
Keep custody of visitors’ identification documents.
Receive, direct and guide visitors to designated
areas and offices.
Issuing visitors passes and badges.
Track visitors’ movements.
Make seating arrangements
Tag VIP seats during corporate functions.
Mentoring and coaching
Promote public values and principles
