Ventures is seeking to hire a Sales Representative who will be tasked with the
following;
Responsibilities
- Field
visits scouting for potential prospects.
- Build
and maintain good relations with customers.
- Support
the development of marketing programs and materials to achieve sales
goals.
- Participate
in industry meetings, sales conferences, outreach events, etc. to promote
the company’s products/services.
- Plan,
prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential
clients.
- Assess
the needs of the clients and provide viable solutions while meeting sales
targets.
- Identify
and grow opportunities within assigned territories achieving set sales
targets.
- General
coordination of your assigned area to ensure compliance with client’s
demands.
- Any
other duty as assigned.
Qualifications
- Diploma
in business development / marketing.
- At
least 2 years of field marketing experience in the Real Estate industry.
- Assertive,
self-starter exhibiting a strong sense of urgency.
- Exceptional
customer service skills.
- Enjoys
working in a team-oriented environment and is highly motivated to provide
a positive user experience.
- The
ability to write reports and proposals
