Job
Specification:
Provide
technical support services to all staff including troubleshooting hardware and
software issues
Install
and configure software and hardware
Daily
monitoring of the CRM system and the network
Manage
shared office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopy machines
Provide
support for audio-visual equipment, including projectors and videoconferencing
systems.
Assist to
manage the automation of the certification process and provide user support
Manage
system upgrades and migrations
Ensure
the integrity and confidentiality of all data by proactively offering advice on
security, data protection, and general computer use
Participate
in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
Keep up
to date with emerging IT technologies and industry trends
Perform
other similar and related IT duties
Do You
Possess The Following:
A minimum
of a Bachelor’s Degree in IT or a related field from a reputable academic
institution,
A minimum
of 4 years working experience in a similar position in a busy office
environment with special emphasis on a multinational working environment.
Proven
experience in providing technical support in a professional environment
Strong
knowledge of computer hardware, operating system, software applications and
networking.
Familiarity
with common business software applications.
Proficiency
in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Ability
to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
Strong
problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability
to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Good
interpersonal skills and a team player
