Job Requirements
The minimum level of academic qualification required to perform effectively in the role:

Diploma in information technology, computer science/Engineering

The following professional qualification will be an added advantage:

A+, N+, Cisco Network Certified Network Analyst (CCNA), CISA certification or any other related professional certification.

Minimum level of knowledge that would be regularly applied to the job:

Demonstrate knowledge of ICT System configuration

Knowledge of troubleshooting

Job Description
Purpose of the job

Responsible for provision of ICT infrastructure technical support, including network configuration, cabling, maintenance of computers and configuration of internet.

Operational responsibilities/Tasks


Reporting to: – Principal ICT Officer

Implement computer programs

Provide user support

Training end users of all ICT equipment and application systems.

Configure new ICT Equipment

Assist in maintenance of ICT systems.

Assist in repairing and maintenance of ICT equipment and associated peripherals Database management and development.

Maintain integrity and continual operation of ICT network including the wireless network.

Maintain security and privacy of the information system, communication lines and equipment.
