Job Title: Corporate Trainers
Responsible for delivering corporate training
programmes, developing training materials, facilitating practical learning
sessions, assessing participants, adapting content to organisational needs,
supporting professional development programmes, and evaluating training
outcomes. Requires a relevant Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification
in the training area, recognised Trainer of Trainers or facilitation
credentials, and relevant industry or corporate training experience The
positions are based in Ruiru and require on-site work.
Job
Objective
We are seeking experienced professionals with
recognised certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel or
ISO, and at least 5 years training or corporate experience.
Key
Responsibilities
Maintain
accurate training records, evaluate participant feedback and learning outcomes,
and recommend improvements to enhance the effectiveness of future sessions.
Collaborate
with academic and programme teams to identify training needs and tailor short
courses or modules to programme requirements.
Keep
training materials, examples, and practical exercises current with emerging
industry practices, tools, standards, and technologies.
Provide
constructive feedback and guidance to participants to support their
professional and technical development.
Assess
participants’ understanding and practical
application of concepts through exercises, projects, assessments, and other
appropriate methods.
Integrate
professional skills and certification-aligned modules into relevant academic
and professional programmes.
Provide
hands-on demonstrations, exercises, case studies, and practical assignments to
enhance participants’ applied skills.
Align
training content and learning activities with relevant professional
certification standards and industry requirements.
Develop
and facilitate practical training sessions in areas such as financial
modelling, Excel, Power BI, project management tools, governance, and related
professional skills.
Deliver
short, intensive workshops in professional skills, technical tools, and
certification-aligned areas
Qualifications
Bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration, Management, or another relevant field
required
Recognised
professional certification (e.g. PMP/PRINCE2, CPA-K, CFA, Power BI/Excel, ISO)
5+ years’
training or corporate experience
