Responsible for compiling statistical records, sorting and filing documents, dispatching correspondence, maintaining filing systems, preparing payment vouchers, compiling data, drafting simple letters, and keeping invoices, receipts, and other records safely. Requires at least a KCSE qualification, with a relevant certificate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
For
appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
- Be a
Kenyan Citizen;
- A
minimum work experience of one (1) year in a busy office;
- Certificate
in Human Resource Management, Records Management, Business Administration
or its equivalent from recognised institution; and
- Kenya
Certificate of Secondary Education mean grade C- (minus) or equivalent
