The Toolkit for Skills and Innovation is hiring an Intern skilled in practical skills training, digital literacy, project support, and youth empowerment initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Degree or Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized
institution.
- A valid TVETA Trainer License (or be eligible for licensing).
- Training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) will be
an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with young people.
- Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications.
- High level of professionalism, integrity and teamwork.
- Ability to prepare lesson plans, assessments and learner progress
reports.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.
- A member of student/professional body is an added advantage.
