We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction through timely communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and on time.
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests
professionally.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales departments to
ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and provide customers with regular
updates.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues where
necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Support sales and marketing teams with customer-related
information.
Qualifications &
Requirements
- Diploma in customer service, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, preferably in
a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
